Miles’ 1956 hardbop masterpiece reissued. Recorded at the Columbia Studio in 1955 and 1956, ‘Round About Midnight featured an all-star lineup including John Coltrane on tenor sax, Philly Joe Jones on drums, Red Garland on keys, and Paul Chambers on bass. This heavyweight 180g pressing is part of the Leloir Collection, a limited retrospective series of some of the best jazz albums of all time with new artwork incorporating Jean-Pierre Leloir‘s iconic photography.
