Fastidious DJ bookings are the uncompromising vision of its director, Gabby Mejia, who now turns her attention to amplifying the subMercer’s appeal with the debut of its music label, cleverly subtitled, ‘The Underground Series’, which seeks to bridge the underground music scene to a wider audience and keep NYC at the forefront of cutting edge music. For the label’s inaugural edition, they enlist the production talent of NY underground luminaries, Eli Escobar and Runaway’s Marcos Cabral both regular mainstays at subMercer.
