The best of the Medicine Show… kind of. Back in 2010, Madlib did the impossible and released an album and or mix tape every month for the entire year. That’s 12 full releases for the Medicine Show series and a whole lotta beats to digest. Now if you couldn’t swallow that big of a Madlib pill, then the Pill Jar is a great way to catch up. Originally put together for his 2013 Asia Tour, this puts together standout tracks from Medicine Show #1-12 on a long player sampler of sorts with guest spots from big dawgs like J Dilla, Doom, and Guilty Simpson. 20 tracks with twisted cartoon pic sleeve that seals the deal.
