Madlib: Medicine Show No. 7 – High Jazz (Indie Exclusive Colored Vinyl) Vinyl 2LP

Madlib’s Medicine Show Series gets jazzy for the 7th volume in the series. By now you should all know Madlib is exceptionally talented at making mind-blowing mixes, creating the illest of beats, AND producing, composing, and arranging rich, beautiful jazz music. High Jazz is proof once again – a collection of 15 completely original jazz tracks produced entirely by Madlib and played by a wide collective of musicians and collaborators collectively known as Yesterdays Universe (which has now grown to include many more players than before including jazz/hiphop drummer Kariem Riggins). Don’t be confused when you see the tracklist though, the tracks are all from different aliases, but it’s all still Madlib. Contains tracks from Jackson Conti, Generation Match, Yesterdays New Quintet, The Big Black Foot Band, RAMC, Russell Jenkins Jazz Express, Poyser Riggins & Jackson, Joe McDuphrey Experience and more. 2022 repress on indie exclusive colored 2LP!
