New York underground by way of Paris. Post Punk / Disco Not Disco or whatever you wanna call it, Descloux displayed an advanced taste and palette that is still inspiring musicians to this day. Running in the same circles as Patti Smith and Richard Hell, amongst other NY art disciples, her work is closer to a painter than it is a musician. This 7″ is taken from the upcoming reissues Light In The Attic will be releasing in 2015 and features a disco cover of Arthur Brown’s Fire and a stunning collaboration with Patti Smith on the flip. Pressed for Record Store Day Black Friday, this is limited to 1000 copies worldwide is pressed on colored vinyl.
