PPU solo debut for Dutch synth master Legowelt! Legowelt has been churning out all manner of techno and underground dance since the 90’s (check his stuff on L.I.E.S. and Clone for more recent offerings) and blesses PPU with a very diverse set of tunes. It’s a potent combination of IDM, electronica, and techno with a touch of boogie (it is PPU afterall) in the set including the blissed out title track “Los Alamos Motel” and “Videophone To Space,” the Aphex Twin-like “Puzzles In Life,” and the vocoder-laced “Cruise Till The Sun Shines.” Great stuff as usual from Legowelt. Recommended.
