Regarding his remix of Instant Funk’s “I Got My Mind Made Up,” Late Nite Tuff Guy says “the original Larry Levan mix is absolutely flawless, but I couldn’t help doing my own version anyway. The Australian disco faithful’s take is top notch, a worthy companion to the aforementioned version, with just the right amount of emphasis on the horns and incredible vocals. His blade work on Orlando Riva Sound’s “Body To Body Boogie” is just as tasteful, and the record closes out with LNTG Muscle Edit of The Salsoul Orchestra’s “Ooh I Love It (Love Break),” a slow-burn killer with a free-flowing groove.
