Description
Goblin: Roller (180g) Vinyl LP
1976 prog rock essential from Italy’s Goblin. Following up their impressive Profondo Rosso soundtrack for Dario Argento, ‘Roller’ is one of the few non soundtracks recordings in their lengthy catalog. While the album is heavy on the Prog side, this one had the diggers going nuts in the 90s due to the funky cut ‘Snip Snap’ which could easily be a Herbie Hancock led Jazz Funk excursion. Another stand out track is the closer ‘Dr. Frankestein’…. BREAKS for days. Another fine example of the supreme musicality the Goblin boys possessed.
