More punishing techno from the L.I.E.S. crew. Entro Senestre makes his 12″ debut for the label with two cuts that show the Brooklyn based producer’s diversity. The title track lives up to its name with a stuttered, blown out kick and melodies that seem to be squeezing themselves out of the speakers. He takes you to a different world on the flip with “Siamese Connextion.” If the A side would be at home in the desolation of Detroit the B side finds itself deep in the dub infused side of Berlin. Steadily fluctuating chords are joined by muted kicks and skillfully placed percussion to create an endless groove. Some of the best we’ve heard from Entro Senestre so far.
