Repressed by popular demand! The debut 12″ from Sweden’s Chalice imprint comes chock full of tasteful dancefloor treats. It’s a smoothed-out balearic boogie affair with some of the best contemporary producers of the sound all sharing the same platter. Personal favorite Sasac (who killed it softly on Alliance Upholstery ) takes up the A-Side with the sexy grooves of of “The Chase” that keeps things moving with light and silky chords over bubbling bass and strutting guitars. The vibe continues with the infectious Prelude style vibes of Witchdoctor’s “Inner Visions,” while Golden Ivy looks to the LA beat scene for inspiration on “Ivy’s Dream.” Recommended.
