Debut studio album from the UK’s metal originators, Black Sabbath. Black Sabbath was originally recorded in 1970 and was initially poorly received by critics. However, the album would go on to be credited as the birth of heavy metal as we know it. It marks the point when heavy metal became distinct from rock and roll in its own deep and sinister way. Amazingly, the album was recorded in one day! Includes the songs: “Black Sabbath,” “The Wizard,” “N.I.B.,” and “Wicked World.” Five tracks in all. Released by Warner Bros. on 180 gram colored vinyl housed in a gatefold sleeve.
